What Data Is Processed
Analytics (Google Analytics). If you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about your visit, including pages viewed, time on site, browser and device type, approximate location, and online identifiers such as your IP address and a cookie identifier. Under EU law this is personal data. We use it only in aggregate, to understand how the Site is used. Legal basis: your consent.
Search performance (Google Search Console). Google provides us with aggregated statistics about how the Site appears in Google Search, such as search queries, impressions, and clicks. We do not use this information to identify individual users.
Email. If you email us at info@promokoin.com, we receive your message and email address in order to reply. We do not add you to any database or mailing list. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to you, or taking steps at your request.
Comments. You can post comments on our pages without registering. Comments appear under the label "Guest": we do not ask for or collect your name or email. We store the text of your comment so it can be displayed publicly on the relevant page, and we ask that you do not include personal information in it. You can request removal of your comment at any time by emailing info@promokoin.com. Legal basis: your consent, given when you choose to post.
What We Do Not Collect
- We do not require account registration to read our content.
- We do not collect financial information, wallet addresses, or trading data.
- We do not store visitor data in our own systems, other than the comments you post and any email you send us.
- We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
The Site uses two kinds of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies, used for basic functionality and for Cloudflare security and performance. These are set without consent, as the Site cannot work properly without them.

Affiliate Links
The Site contains affiliate referral links to cryptocurrency exchanges. When you click such a link and sign up, the exchange may use cookies to track the referral. This is governed by that exchange's own privacy policy, not ours. We do not receive any personal data about you from these exchanges.
Data Retention
We do not store visitor analytics data ourselves; it is retained by Google under the Google Analytics retention settings (up to 14 months), and Search Console data is retained according to Google's own retention policies. Comments you post remain visible until you or we remove them. Any email you send us is kept only as long as needed to deal with your request, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing info@promokoin.com.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

- request correction or deletion of your data;
- request restriction of processing, or object to processing;
- request data portability;
- withdraw your consent to analytics at any time, including through the cookie settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on;
